How much is shipping to Italy?

Nuvita charges no shipping costs for orders over €45. For orders below €45, shipping costs are €8 for deliveries throughout Italy, excluding islands.

How much does it cost to ship abroad?

In countries: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Holland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. Delivery is free for orders over €45. For orders under 45 € delivery costs are 10 €. In countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Sweden. The delivery charge is 20 € regardless of the order value.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are 3-5 working days throughout the peninsula, while for the islands times can be extended to 6-7 working days.

However, during the holidays and the summer break, there may be delays beyond our control.

How can I track the status of the shipment?

As soon as your order has been completed and the payment has been successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the items purchased.

Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email notification with your tracking reference and a text message from the GLS Flex Delivery service which allows you to interact with the courier or modify the delivery according to your needs.

Furthermore, in the ONLINE PURCHASES SUPPORT area, by choosing "order tracking" you can follow your delivery directly from the courier's website.

Why is my order tracking not visible?

If you do not receive the email with the tracking reference for your order, check that your payment has been successful or check your junk mail.

How can I solve the problem when "unknown recipient" appears in the tracking link for my order?

All shipments are monitored by our Customer Service which releases the stock allowing up to two redelivery of the goods.

However, if the courier informs you that the delivery address you indicated when completing your order has some anomaly, you can contact us via the ONLINE PURCHASES SUPPORT section. Changes / Changes of mind to online orders.

What happens if one or more items are not available when my order is shipped?

In the event of unavailability of one or more products ordered, you will receive a partial refund within 48 hours of shipment of your order.
