Product description

Complete feeding set made from bioplastic, including a plate and a bowl with high splash-proof edges, a cup and cutlery that are easy for little hands to grip, helping children learn to eat by themselves and become more independent at mealtimes.

The set is made from PLA (polylactic acid), a material obtained from renewable plant sources such as corn, sugar beet and sugar cane, unlike traditional petroleum-based plastics. PLA breaks down in just a few months under industrial composting conditions, compared to the hundreds of years needed for conventional plastics.

PLA is also durable, sturdy, lightweight and non-toxic. The Nuvita feeding set can be washed by hand with a mild detergent or in the dishwasher; the illustrations are laser-printed, completely non-toxic and stay unchanged over time, even after repeated dishwasher cycles.

The plate, bowl and cup are microwave-safe: we recommend heating at 500W for less than 2 minutes.

Not suitable for steam or microwave sterilisation.
