In case you have second thoughts and wish to return the goods purchased, we remind you that you have the possibility to do so within 14 days of its receipt, as indicated by art. 52 of the Consumer Code.
For purchases made through our online shop, the exchange or replacement of a single item is not foreseen, therefore you will have the possibility to return the entire order or only part of it, but a refund will follow. Furthermore, in order for the return procedure to be successful, the products must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all accessories and original bags. The products must not have undergone any alterations, must not show signs of use, etc. and the packages must appear intact.
If possible, you can put the products back in the packaging in which they were delivered to you, taking care to remove the labels present. If the returned goods do not comply with what is indicated, Nuvita has the right not to recognize and execute the refund.
Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and the integrity of the items has been verified, we will issue the refund in the manner in which you made the purchase, with the exception of cash on delivery payments, for which a bank transfer will be issued to the bank from you indicated. The collection costs of €5.00 will be deducted from the total refund.
