When can I exercise my right of withdrawal?

If you change your mind and wish to return the goods to us, you have the option of doing so within 14 days of receipt, as provided for by article 52 of the Consumer Code.

How can I send a withdrawal request?

If you have decided to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

To send a withdrawal request it is necessary to fill in the form inside: ONLINE PURCHASES SUPPORT - withdrawal request.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation notification, together with the return authorization, to be printed and visibly affixed to the outside of the package.

The goods must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all accessories and original bags, must not have undergone any alterations, signs of use, etc. and the original box and packaging must have been retained.

If the returned goods do not comply with what is indicated, Nuvita has the right not to recognize and execute the refund.

What are the methods and times for reimbursement?

The refund procedure will be opened when our Customer Service receives your request for withdrawal.

If the withdrawal is total, the refund will be made with the same method used for payment.

The collection costs of 5 euros will be deducted from the latter.

In the case of cash on delivery payments, when the refund procedure is opened, you will be asked to communicate the IBAN with which to make the bank transfer.

The refund takes place within 10 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse, only after having received feedback on the conformity of the products you returned.

Customer Support Defects and Returns

In which cases can I contact Nuvita directly to return a defective product?

You can submit a service request for a defective product in the following cases:
- If the purchase was made from our online shop, or through Amazon or other online shops
- If the purchase was made in one of our Partner Stores.

How can I return a product purchased from a shop that is not in the partner list?

If the purchase was made from a store not on the partner list, to request replacement under warranty, it will be necessary to go to the Reseller, show proof of purchase and, if possible, describe or show the defect found.

Once the validity of the guarantee has been verified, the Dealer has the right to immediately replace the product. If it is not available, the Dealer will be responsible for collecting the product from you, contacting us and activating the warranty replacement procedure, directly with Nuvita.
