Withdrawal Request

For purchases made directly through the Nuvita website only

If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you have purchased, please note that you may do so within 14 days of receiving them, as provided for by Article 52 of the Consumer Code. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy. For purchases made through other online stores, please refer to their respective terms and conditions of sale.

For purchases made through our online store, exchanges or replacements of individual items are not available. Therefore, you may return either the entire order or only part of it, and a refund will be issued accordingly. In addition, for the withdrawal procedure to be successfully completed, the products must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all accessories and original bags. The products must not have been altered, show signs of use, etc., and the packaging must be intact and undamaged.

If possible, you may place the products back into the packaging in which they were delivered, taking care to remove any labels attached to it. If the returned goods do not comply with the conditions described above, Nuvita reserves the right not to approve or process the refund.

Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and the integrity of the items has been verified, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The only exception is Cash on Delivery payments, for which the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by you. A collection fee of €5.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
