Frequently Asked Questions
✅ WHAT TO DO
• Use the included USB-C cable (A)
• Use the included charger with output power OUTPUT 5V 2A (B)
❌ WHAT NOT TO DO
Do not use chargers with different specifications.
A charger with lower specifications will not charge the battery correctly (or will take many more hours than necessary).
A charger with higher specifications may burn out the battery and irreparably damage the product.
To check the battery charge status
▶️ Press the power button (C) briefly (1 second) and only once.
▶️ The number displayed on the screen (E) corresponds to the current charge level (100, 80, 60, 40, 20, “OL” = 0%).
▶ FURTHER INFORMATION
USING A POWERBANK
If you're outside and want to charge the bottle warmer with a portable battery (powerbank), use one with at least 10000mAh.
CHARGING TIMES
Once fully charged, always remember to unplug the power cable. This helps preserve the battery's functionality over time.
CHECKING THE BATTERY LEVEL
By pressing the power button briefly (1 second) and only once, the display (E) will show the current battery charge level: 100, 80, 60, 40, and 20.
HOW TO READ THE DISPLAY CHARGE VALUES
The Warm’n’Mix bottle warmer battery behaves differently compared to traditional rechargeable batteries, like those in phones. Its battery is referred to as “single cell” and the charge levels follow an irregular progression:
Full charge 100%: Level 100
From 95% to 80% charge: the display shows Level 80
From 79% to 60% charge: the display shows Level 60
From 59% to 40% charge: the display shows Level 40
From 39% to 20% charge: the display shows Level 20
Below 20% charge: the display shows “OL”
For example, when the battery level is at 90%, the display will show 80, and when it's at 70%, the display will show 60.
USING THE DEVICE WITH A CHARGE LEVEL BELOW 20
You can use the Warm’n’Mix even with a charge level of 20, but it's recommended to connect it to the power supply to prevent it from turning off before completing the heating.

❗ The battery life depends on the amount and initial temperature of the liquid, as well as the temperature you want to reach.
❗ The ambient temperature and the type of bottle may also influence the heating time and, therefore, the battery life.
The performance indicated in the table may vary by ±10% depending on environmental conditions and the duration of the charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
✅ WHAT TO DO
Screw the correct adapter onto the bottle.
Screw the bottle with the adapter onto the bottle warmer (make sure to insert the gasket correctly to avoid leaks).
❌ WHAT NOT TO DO
Do not tighten too much. Over-tightening may cause the gasket of the adapter to break.
❗ WHICH ADAPTER TO USE
Each adapter has a label (F) that will help you understand which adapter is correct for your bottle model.
Find the corresponding adapter in the table below:
▶ FURTHER INFORMATION
• If you lose your adapter, you can purchase it separately from the official Nuvita website.
• It is important to make sure the adapter is correctly mounted, without over-tightening, before starting the heating process. Improper assembly can lead to heat loss or damage to the bottle or bottle warmer.
Find your bottle model in the table and locate the appropriate adapter.
▶️ Turn on the bottle warmer (C) and then press the control button (D)
▶️ The last set temperature will appear on the screen (E)
▶️ Press the control button (D) multiple times to select the desired temperature, choosing between 37°C, 40°C, 45°C, or 50°C. Hold the temperature button (D) to switch between (°C and °F)
▶️ The mixing function ensures even heating. Mixing activates for 10 seconds every minute during operation.
▶️ A red light 🔴 indicates active heating, while a green light 🟢 indicates the set temperature has been reached or is being maintained.
▶️ Once the liquid reaches the set temperature, the device emits an audible signal and automatically maintains the temperature.
▶ FURTHER INFORMATION
• 37°C is considered a comfortable temperature for breast milk or for direct consumption
• 50°C is the maximum allowed according to safety regulations.
• To manually stop the heating: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device.
❗ Heating time depends on the amount and initial temperature of the liquid, the ambient temperature, the type of bottle, and the temperature set for heating.
▶️ Warm’n’Mix alerts you with a beep when it has reached the temperature you set.
The performance indicated may vary by ±10%.
▶ PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
Let’s consider an extreme example: Are you at the beach in the summer or in the mountains in the winter?
• If you want to heat 120 ml of liquid to 37°C (ideal body temperature for infant milk) starting from room temperature (for example, you're at the beach on a summer day at 27°C), the temperature difference is only 10°C, and Warm’n’Mix will need 4 minutes.
• On the other hand, if it’s winter and you're outdoors (for example, at 10°C) and you want to heat a double amount (for example, 240ml), the bottle warmer will need more time to bring the liquid to the same temperature.
The device is optimized to heat up to 240 ml, so for larger quantities, longer heating times will be required.
❗You can use Warm’n’Mix to keep the liquid at temperature for several hours, such as hot water for nighttime feedings.
Le prestazioni indicate nella tabella possono essere soggette ad una variabilità del +-10%
▶ FURTHER INFORMATION
• If you want to keep the water warm overnight, we recommend keeping the bottle warmer connected to the power supply.
• For breast milk, it is advised not to exceed 30 minutes of heat retention. Always consult a neonatal nutrition specialist for advice on nutrition and appropriate temperatures.
Frequently Asked Questions
✅ WHAT TO DO
With the device turned off:
• Remove the adapter and gasket
• Clean the heating plate with a damp cloth or with white vinegar if there are any lime residues.
• To remove milk residues, insert a bottle with water previously heated to 100°C, diluted with a few drops of dish soap, and shake.
(More details can be found in the instructions below)
❌ WHAT NOT TO DO
Do not place the bottle warmer under water.
Do not use chemical products.
▶ HOW TO CLEAN THE HEATING PLATE AND THE MAGNETIC MIXING HELIX
MAGNETIC MIXING HELIX
• Remove the helix from the plate.
• Clean it with a damp cloth or rinse it with water. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembling it.
• If you use the bottle warmer only to heat water, simply wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth; if there are any white limescale marks, you can remove them with a little diluted white vinegar or a few drops of lemon juice, letting it sit. Be careful not to let the liquid drip onto the display as it may damage it.
• To remove milk residues, fill a bottle with water previously heated to 100°C, diluted with a few drops of dish soap, and connect it to the device, making sure to reinsert the previously cleaned gaskets. The bottle warmer must remain off throughout the cleaning process. Gently shake for a few minutes to help dissolve the milk residues. Remove the bottle, rinse the plate with clean water to remove soap residue, and dry with a soft cloth (The bottle used to clean the plate should be emptied, washed, and sterilized before reusing it)
• Alternatively, you can use cleaning wipes, but in this case, also rinse the plate thoroughly with water to remove any detergent residue that could contaminate the milk or water during the next use of the bottle warmer. GASKETS
Before proceeding with cleaning the heating plate, remove the gaskets (both from the heating body and the adapter) and wash them with water and soap. Do not sterilize them with heat.
