CLEANING
✅ WHAT TO DO
At the end of each cooking and/or mixing cycle, disassemble and wash the individual components in water and dish detergent, such as the lid, anti-colic blade, stainless steel container, double mixing blade, and spatula.
These components can also be washed in the dishwasher, placing them in the upper rack, avoiding intensive washing cycles.
🔴 WHAT NOT TO DO
▶️ NEVER immerse the electric body in water.
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
Some foods, such as carrots or tomatoes, which contain high levels of pigment, may stain the plastic part of the blades. This is a normal process that only causes an aesthetic change.
The appliance and all parts that come into contact with food are safe for health.
DAILY CLEANING
Before each cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and wait for it to cool down.
If mainly steam cooking cycles are performed, wash the components separately in water and dish detergent, while for the cup, add a little clean water using a bottle or a jug, rinse, and dry the inside of the cup thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
DEEP CLEANING
• Before performing any deep cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power outlet, remove the lid and the double mixing blade, and wash them thoroughly in water and dish detergent.
• If the appliance has been used for preparing veloutés, minestrone, soups, etc., using the cup for cooking, after emptying the contents, add some water using a bottle or jug, mix to rinse the walls and bottom from any residues.
• Empty the contents and reattach the double mixing blade. Then pour 250 ml of clean water, close with the lid, reconnect the appliance to the power outlet, and activate the automatic cleaning function from the control panel. The deep cleaning cycle lasts 5 minutes, during which the water heats up to 70°C, and after a few minutes, the mixing blades will automatically start spinning to clean the entire cooking cup up to the top.
• At the end of the cleaning cycle, remove the lid and the double blades carefully to avoid burns, then dispose of the cleaning water. If there are still residues at the bottom of the tank or along the inner walls, rinse further by adding some water using a bottle or jug.
Dry the inside of the cup with a clean, dry cloth. Leave the cup open to allow for complete drying.
