HOW TO USE

⚠️ BEFORE USE ⚠️

Make sure there are no insect stingers left in the stung area. If present, carefully remove the stinger before use.

▶️ Press the power button (2) to start the device. The device status LED (1) lights up green 🟢, a buzzer sounds to indicate that the device It's ready for use.

▶️ For a 3-second application , place the heating plate (4) of the device on the tip or clamp area. Press the activation button once. The status LED of the device (1) lights up blue 🔵 and signals that the application is starting.

▶️ For a 6 second application , place the heating plate (MCH) (4) of the device on the tip or bite area. Press the activation button twice in quick succession. The Device status LED (1) lights up yellow 🟡 and signals that the application is starting.

▶️ At the end of the application, a buzzer sounds, the heating of the heating plate (MCH) (4) switches off automatically and the device status LED (1) lights up green again 🟢 . Remove the heating plate (MCH) (4) from the area skin once the signal is emitted.

▶️ To turn off the device, press the on/off button (2). The green LED 🟢 of the device status (1) turns off. If no other operation is performed within 5 minutes, the device will automatically turn off.

FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

The temperature of treatment for sensitive skin is 47°C±2°C (116.6°F±3.6°F). This short application time (3 seconds) It is also recommended for the first use of the device.

Depending on the sensitivity of your skin, the treatment temperature may be unpleasant and/or cause a slight skin redness.
If the heat is too high, stop treatment immediately.

FOR NORMAL SKIN

The treatment temperature of the device is 50°C±2°C (122°F±3.6°F). This time application (6 seconds) is recommended for regular use on normal skin.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

✅ WHAT TO DO

▶️ Clean the device before first use and each additional use.
▶️ Turn off the device, let it cool down and remove the batteries before each cleaning.
▶️ Use only soft, dry cloths to clean the housing.

❌ WHAT NOT TO DO

▶️ Never use cleaning substances that could be potentially toxic if come into contact with skin or mucous membranes, or if ingested or inhaled.
▶️ Do not use products abrasives and never immerse the device in water.
▶️ Do not clean the device in the dishwasher.
▶️ Avoid mechanical cleaning with brushes or similar, as it may cause irreparable damage.

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️

When using the device on multiple punctures, it is recommended to clean the heating plate every time. This reduces the possibility of transferring germs and bacteria from one area skin to the other.
Use a commercially available alcohol-based disinfectant wipe to disinfect the heating plate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The device does not turn on

If your device does not turn on, there are two possible causes: the battery is not installed correctly or the batteries are dead.

If the battery installation was not successful, try reinstalling the battery and see if the problem is solved.

If the batteries are flat, proceed with replacing both batteries following the instructions for use.

The device no longer heats up enough

If your device no longer heats up enough, the battery level may be too low.

To resolve the issue, proceed by replacing both batteries following the instructions for use.

The device beeps 3 times / the device status LED flashes, even after turning the device off and on again

The application cannot be launched, even if the device status LED lights up green.

If you are unable to use your device even though the LED is lit green, we recommend that you restart your device.
