Refund policy
If you have decided to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You have two options for submitting a withdrawal request:
- Log in to your customer account on nuvitababy.com, go to the "Orders" section and select "Request a return" directly from the relevant order.
- Complete the withdrawal request form available in the footer under the Customer Service section.
Once your withdrawal request has been received, you will receive a confirmation notification together with instructions for returning the goods.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal, in perfect condition, complete with all accessories and original bags. They must not have been altered, show signs of use, etc., and the original packaging and packing materials must be retained.
The collection costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount in the amount of €5.00.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and verifying their compliance, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the returned goods do not comply with the above requirements, Nuvita reserves the right not to approve or process the refund.
Customers are informed that, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
